Task and responsabilities
Understanding user needs and translating them into functional requirements of Bill PL-1861 of the Quebec government, more specifically of the Public Curator of Quebec.
Writing detailed business rules as well as use cases from various public and private sectors.
Write functional analysis documents and technical specifications.
Support, supervise and ensure liaison between business units such as: analysts, developers as well as pilots with the solutions to be implemented.
Investigate and carry out functional tests, participate in integrated tests under the responsibility of the quality assurance analyst.
