Task and responsabilities
Development
- Develop business process automation solutions with the PlanetPress Connect (PPC) software suite for my client: Lassonde Industries.
- Develop and implement new transactional forms with the PPC Designer module.
- Analyze data samples from LEGACY systems and provide requirements to AS400 analysts so that they can return data samples that meet my needs.
- Analyze customer needs and data samples to create a Unified Document Model (UDM) including data extraction steps with PPC’s DataMapper module.
Analysis
- Translate and write technical and functional documentation for each use case for business process automation needs.
- Participate in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings to develop the planning of various automation projects and solutions to be developed and implemented using the Agile methodology.
- Automate and test business processes with PPC’s Workflow module.
Client Support
- Provide technical support to the various teams involved in PlanetPress Connect solutions migration projects.
- Follow up with the different business units to coordinate the progress of each project.
